Is this a traditional Pilates teacher training?

No. This is a Flexi Reformer teacher training focused on breath-led, Pilates-informed movement.

While Pilates principles inform the method, the training is modern, adaptable, and designed for contemporary studios rather than classical Pilates environments.

Do I need prior Pilates experience to join?

You do not need a prior Pilates qualification to enrol.

However, all trainees must complete a basic anatomy assessment before starting the practical training to ensure safety and foundational understanding.

How long does the course take?

The course involves approximately 20 hours of home study theory plus 2 full practical days over a weekend, followed by assessments.

What accreditation does the course have?

The course is fully accredited by The CPD Group UK and awards 36 CPD hours upon completion.

What equipment do I need?

All practical training is done using the FlexiFormer reformer, which you will learn to teach with confidently.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes! Upon successful completion of theory and practical assessments, you will receive a certificate showing your 36 CPD hours.

Can I teach in studios after this course?

Yes.
Graduates are qualified to teach Flexi Reformer sessions using the Flexi method in suitable studio environments.

Can I get insurance after completing the course?

Yes.
Once qualified, you can obtain public liability insurance suitable for teaching breath-led, Pilates-informed reformer sessions.
