ABOUT THE COURSE

This is not a traditional Pilates teacher training.
It is a Flexi Reformer teacher training built on Pilates-informed, breath-led movement principles and designed for contemporary studio teaching.

The course provides a clear, practical foundation for teaching Flexi Reformer sessions, with an emphasis on adaptable programming, confident cueing, and inclusive class delivery.
