ABOUT THE COURSE
This is not a traditional Pilates teacher training.
It is a Flexi Reformer teacher training built on Pilates-informed, breath-led movement principles and designed for contemporary studio teaching.
The course provides a clear, practical foundation for teaching Flexi Reformer sessions, with an emphasis on adaptable programming, confident cueing, and inclusive class delivery.
Accreditation & entry
Accredited by The CPD Group UK, the course is designed to be accessible and supportive.
No prior Pilates qualification is required
Completion of a basic anatomy assessment is required before practical training
Successful completion awards 36 CPD hours
We recommend (but do not require) completing a Level 2 Group Exercise Qualification to support your learning and future opportunities - we have partnered with The Fitness Group Education, whose courses are endorsed by Active IQ - one of the UK’s leading awarding bodies for fitness qualifications.
Course structure
The training is designed to fit alongside work and life commitments and includes:
Approximately 30 hours of theory (home study)
Two full in-person practical training days
Post-course coursework and assessments

Core principles of breath-led, Pilates-informed movement
A structured mat-based warm-up
How to teach Flexi Reformer sessions using the Flexi Former
Programming, progressions, and regressions for mixed-ability groups
Tools for modern, flexible teaching within contemporary studio settings
Who teaches the course
Training is delivered by India & Klaudia, experienced Flexi Reformer instructors who have completed the programme themselves.
All assessments are overseen by Grace, the course creator, ensuring consistent standards and method integrity.
